This division is further divided into two parts namely Statutory Audit Cell and Internal & Operational Audit Cell.

Statutory Audit approach is to concentrate on key control and risk areas, that enabling us to provide an efficient, focused and cost effective services. Our work approach is based on effective interaction and communication with management, enabling us to provide constructive and insightful feedback on a proactive basis.

Internal Audit function assists in providing comprehensive internal audit and reporting services. Our audit procedures go well beyond routine transaction testing and focus on the effectiveness of the internal control environment and risk management. Accordingly, our recommendations are designed to translate into cost reductions and improved profitability for the enterprise. We are doing Statutory Bank Branch Audit allotted by RBI for last 5 years of Indian Bank.
